This is such a simple, easy and tasty snack to make and uses the Chia Charge savoury trail mix.
All you need to make this for 1-2 people is
First you need to cut the potato into small wedges (this bigger they are the longer they take to cook).
Once your potatoes are cooked all you need to do is put them on a plate with the hummus and trail seed mix and delve into them, it's easy and really tasty!
