The Chia Breakfast

"I make this in batches and keep in the fridge, I tend to make enough for a week as it’s easy to just grab in the morning or on the go as a snack."


You will need

- 2 cups of chia seeds
- 1/2 can of coconut milk - but you could use almond
fruit of your choice - banana, mango, blueberry, strawberries, vanilla


Soak the chia in the coconut/almond milk
Crush the fruit and stir in

Serve yourself a small yogurt pot type size as it really does fill you up! Delicious!!
