Nothing quite crossing a finish line. Arms in the air, sweat dripping into your eyes, an exhausted yet ecstatic smile on your face. With 10k events popping up again across the country there are plenty of opportunities to (literally) chase that feeling. It contains three programmes: beginner, intermediate and advanced. So whether you're relatively new to running or you've competed in countless 10ks and are looking to achieve a new PB, there is a programme for you in the download.
