Fix the Fells at Coniston Old Man June 2025 - Meet Volunteer Graham

Meet Graham, one of the fantastic volunteers at Fix The Fells! ⛰️

Today Graham is talking us through the pitching process (step laying) they do on the fells to ensure we all have a clear and safe path to follow and to help manage erosion of the fells. 

The work fix the fells and the volunteers do is super important to ensure we preserve the beautiful areas we are so lucky to be able to explore! Without these paths, erosion would cause great damage to these wonderful places, so please stay on the main path line where you can!
