      Consumption: During activity we are advised that most people will metabolise a maximum of 250-400 calories per hour, one mini flapjack per hour could replace a  sports gel , hopefully it will be easier to consume and better tasting, making it the perfect bar for training & competing hard.

      Everyone trains differently and for important events we recommend you practice your nutrition strategy every bit as much as you practice your sport.

      For a trail marathon, a flapjack top up  30 minutes before the start, and a couple slipped into your  back pocket might be all the boost you need.

      If you are going for a run after work you might eat a flapjack in the late afternoon before you go training.
