I walked the Coast to Coast as a 70th birthday challenge, I took Chia Charge chews and protein bars, they did a brilliant job keeping me going on the hills and boosting energy when feeling a bit depleted. And they taste way better than other protein bars or energy supplements.

Gave these a try and love them. So yummy, especially the apple crumble. The small size makes them ideal for all sorts of activities: running, hiking, paddleboarding or simply getting through crazy working days.

I used these for the Lakeland100 and they were perfect. Great size, super tasty and kept me well fuelled throughout. Definitely recommend!

I have used chia charge mini vegan flapjacks for a recent marathon and some training runs prior to my goal race. They tasted great, were a good portion size for fuelling and they caused me no stomach issues, in-spite of the scorching heat. I would purchase them again.

I'm not vegan or gluten free, but these are the BEST flapjacks ever. So tasty. They are very sweet without being sickly and I absolutely love them. My favourite flavour is the salted caramel, but they are all delicious. Great snack as a little pick me up anytime of day ❤️
But the vegan mixed box regularly, use before a run or as a pick me up, absolutely amazing!! Love all flavours but the salted caramel and choc chip is my all time fav! Then spend some of my run finding chia seeds in my teeth so lasts a long time 🤣

These vegan bars are the most amazing and delicious things I have ever tasted. They are so scrummy . I tried one up Mount Toubkal in Morocco and bought some and I will be buying more. I've also bought some as Xmas presents cos I know they will adore them too. They fill the gap, they taste gorgeous and they have plenty of protein in too. Can't recommend them enough. 😁

I love all of the vegan products, all taste amazing, the dark chocolate & ginger is my favourite. The bars easily fit in a running belt and I can feel the energy boost from them on a run or long walk. The chia peanut butter is also delicious.

The vegan flapjacks are all tasty flavours and are very easy to carry and eat on the go. They're great at keeping me going on both long runs or bimbles in the hills. The crispy protein bars are a perfect post run snack to get a good hit of protein on board.

Probably my favourite of the flavours with the bonus of being GF. Love these on a run or for long walks. Easy to open and eat. They don’t fall to pieces and so you can eat half a bar at a time and not end up with just crumbs. No digestive issues for me with these.

Consumption: During activity we are advised that most people will metabolise a maximum of 250-400 calories per hour, one mini flapjack per hour could replace a sports gel , hopefully it will be easier to consume and better tasting, making it the perfect bar for training & competing hard.
Everyone trains differently and for important events we recommend you practice your nutrition strategy every bit as much as you practice your sport.
For a trail marathon, a flapjack top up 30 minutes before the start, and a couple slipped into your back pocket might be all the boost you need.
If you are going for a run after work you might eat a flapjack in the late afternoon before you go training.
