Our new Protein Crispy Bars are the perfect high protein snack, replacing protein after a run or a workout is an important part of the process that ensures you maintain a your body.

When you chug protein every day for weight loss or mass development it can become hard work. Thats why i like mix boxes so much. The chia charge protein bars are not the lowest calorie protein snacks on the market but when you have had enough calories from dairy and animal fat its great to turn to one of these as a healthy option. These recovery bars really hit the spot for me as I was looking for something to properly fuel up after a workout and before a cycle. We're all aware that getting in the right protein post-workout is important to promote muscle growth, and before trying chia I didn't really feel that I was doing it right. I was eating a hot oat cereal with chopped banana and chopped apple as my recovery meal, but then found that sometimes even that wasn't enough to fuel my cycle afterwards. Now I eat chia recovery bar (or more often than not just half) and the cereal plus banana, which seems to be the right balance. On non-working days a whole bar on its own is sufficient as I don't then have to cycle.
