Mail cost options should come up when you order. If you need to return or get anything replaced, just get in touch, it doesn't happen that often, so I want to know all about it.

We treat everyone fairly and using common sense, if that's not been your experience please contact us. Because we can't live in a cosy cocoon we also have to have some legal language which is below.

Privacy & Security

We do not sell or share your email addresses or any other personal information to anyone. We do not come into possession of things like credit card details etc as these are contained within the payment portals. If you clicked the subscribe button, then we will send you occasional newsletters which we hope you find interesting, if you want to unsubscribe, just reply to the newsletter or contact us through the website, we won't take offence, sometimes you don't want loads of emails coming at you.

Returns & Replacements

Our returns/refund policy is in accordance with EU distance-selling regulations (2000), which outlines your rights to cancel your order. If you wish to cancel an order, written notice, by email/letter, must be given within 7 days of receipt of the good(s) and the good(s) must be returned, within 14 days of receipt. You must quote your order number and we will advise the return address/procedure. We will only offer a refund or replacement as long as good(s) are sent back in their original condition, are unused and unopened in their original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we will not be able to accept returns or refunds on any foods items that have been used, opened or had their security seal broken. If your goods do not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. If your goods need to be returned for repair after 30 days of your order initially being placed, we are not liable to pay for any postage costs incurred. In accordance with EU law, the cost of both original and return postage and packing shall be borne by the customer and deducted from any refund. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of receiving the written notice of cancellation. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Ordering and Viewing Orders

Ordering through the website, should be a straightforward process, when you have ordered you will be sent an email confirming your order and thanking you for placing it with us. Should you need to amend something or add anything on, it is best to place a further order or contact us directly through the contact form.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

The prices displayed on this site are quoted in UK sterling, and are only valid and effective in the UK. Payments can only be made in UK sterling. Prices are inclusive of VAT at 20% (subject to government alterations). Prices quoted exclude postage and packing, which will be charged at the rates specified within the site. From time to time we may have promotions and the terms and conditions will be clearly displayed at the time.

Updating Account Information

You may register with us when purchasing items using this Website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password and for preventing unauthorised access to your account. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password, so please take all necessary precautions to ensure that the username and password is kept confidential and secure. Please inform us immediately if you have any reason to believe that your username and/or password has become known to anyone else, or are being, or are likely to be, used in an unauthorised manner.

We reserve the right to refuse access to the Website, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion. If we do cancel an order, it will be without charge to you.
