In case you hadn't of guessed, we're pretty big fans of Chia Seeds. And with good reason too these tiny little seeds pack a huge nutritional punch, containing gram for gram vitamins, minerals and other good stuff than you'll find in almost another food. That's why all our bars, butters and bags is packed full of chiay goodnes (yes that is a word).
Chia Seeds are super high in Omega-3s, which are awesomely good for you. They not only have been shown to help with everything from improving sleep, joint health to reducing the risk of heart disease and dementia.
There aren't very many foods that contain high levels of omega-3s and even fewer that do so and are vegetarian friendly. But Chia Seeds are the exception containing 8 times more Omega three than a serving of Salmon the same size.
