Back in April an Adventure Peaks Expedition set out to cover LhakpaRi, North Col and Everest. Here at Chia Charge we were honoured to supply the team with some much need energy supplies, after all Everest isn’t for the fainthearted or under fuelled. We supplied the team with a range of flavour of the Chia Charge flapjacks so that everyone could find a flavour they loved, whilst receiving essential Protein from the Chia Seeds.

I have been supported by Tim and Chia Charge for a good year or so now and his products are not only natural and delicious they are super for general snacking as well as providing energy for endurance sports or even fuelling those high intensity sessions.

Hi it's Natalie here, the one who usually posts recipes and ideas for using chia charge products. I am going to tell you a little about how my year has been training and racing in Triathlon.

Hello, I'm Natalie and am really pleased and excited to be a Triathlete, in fact I took up training for sport when I was 14! (I will try and keep this short). When I was 14 I didn't know about competing in sport, I just enjoyed PE at school and had swimming lessons when I was young so when I saw a swimming club advert in a supermarket I jumped at the opportunity and that's where it all started.

I started climbing after someone suggested it as something to do at my 10th birthday party. I wasn't that good but I loved it and was soon going about twice a week getting ready for my first competition. I did better than I expected which gave me the motivation to start training properly and going more regularly.
